NOIA NOGAIN is committed to protecting visitor and client privacy. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
- Via the contact form: first name, last name, company, email, phone, sector, message.
- Via server logs (OVH): IP address, user-agent, pages visited, timestamp. Retained 12 months for security.
3. Purposes
- Respond to your assessment or information request.
- Prepare a commercial proposal.
- Secure the site and prevent abuse.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (form submission) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business request.
5. Recipients
Your data is not sold or rented. It is accessible to NOIA NOGAIN and, strictly to the extent necessary for their task, to the following technical subprocessors:
- Formspree, Inc. (United States) — receiving and delivering contact-form messages (first name, last name, company, email, phone, sector, message). This provider receives no other data. The transfer outside the EU this implies is subject to the safeguards Formspree provides for its European customers; a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has not yet been signed — see the note at the end of this document.
- Google Ireland Limited — audience measurement (Google Analytics 4), only after your explicit consent (see "Cookies" below). No data is sent to Google before that consent.
- OVH SAS (France, European Union) — website and server-log hosting.
Outside these subprocessors, no data is transferred to a third party, and no data is sold.
6. Retention period
- Prospect without follow-up: 3 years from last contact.
- Active client: duration of contract + 10 years (accounting requirements).
7. Your rights
You have rights to access, correct, delete, object, transfer and limit processing. Exercise them by email: jdenis@jaydenis.com.
Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data authority): www.cnil.fr.
8. Cookies
The site uses technical cookies strictly necessary for operation. No advertising cookie is deposited.
Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KQR2HQXM2L). This service places cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and sends Google browsing data (pages viewed, truncated IP address, device type, referring page). It is loaded only after your explicit acceptance through the banner shown on your first visit: until you click "Accept", no request is sent to Google and no measurement cookie is placed. Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting, takes a single click, and has no effect on your access to the site or on how it works. Your choice is remembered for 6 months and can be changed at any time via the "Manage cookies" link on every page.
The site's fonts are hosted directly on our own servers (OVH, France): no request is made to Google Fonts.
9. Note on the Formspree subprocessor
The contact form is delivered by Formspree, Inc. (United States), a third-party service independent of NOIA NOGAIN. As of the update date below, a formal Data Processing Agreement has not yet been signed with this provider; this is being formalized.
