These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website noianogain.com (hereinafter "the Site"), published by NOIA NOGAIN. Access to the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents NOIA NOGAIN's activities, services (custom AI agent development, consulting, support, training), references and allows visitors to contact us via a dedicated form. The Site does not conduct online transactions.
2. Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge 24/7, except for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or force majeure. NOIA NOGAIN is not responsible for any unavailability.
3. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, code, structure, audio or video) are the exclusive property of NOIA NOGAIN or its partners, protected by French and international intellectual property law.
